About the Role
You will take full responsibility for leasing and inspections, ensuring our properties are presented and managed to a premium standard.
Your duties will include:
Managing the leasing process from advertising through to home opens, application processing, and draft lease preparation
Conducting routine and final property inspections with accuracy and professionalism
Identifying and reporting maintenance issues promptly
Preparing clear and detailed inspection reports using property management software
Completing comprehensive ingoing condition reports, supported by relevant and high-quality photographs
