* Setting of CNC lathes - experience with Doosan lathes and Fanuc Controllers preferred.
* Knowledge and experience with tooling use, tolerances and replacement cycles would be a distinct advantage
* Ability to produce quality parts whilst maintaining production efficiencies and workplace safety
* Ability to work towards goals and targets ensuring output targets are met
* Working with production manager to ensure schedules and workflows are maintained
* Quality assurance of machine setting and production performed by other skilled technicians
* Willingness to share creative concepts, ideas, setting/tooling methodology within the team
* Positive 'can do' attitude with reliable employment history.
