Middle SEO Specialist (Australia, New Zealand, UK markets)
We are currently looking for a Middle SEO Specialist to join our partner team AdlerTeam, a Ukrainian affiliate marketing company that creates and scales its own websites for global markets. The candidate should be proactive, analytical, and able to identify growth opportunities independently. Comfortable analyzing projects, spotting weak points, forming hypotheses, and initiating actions is essential. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, testing new approaches, and treating SEO as a systematic growth process.
AdlerTeam operates in Western Europe, North America, and Australia, where competition is high and quality decisions play a key role. The project focuses on review‐based sites in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, currently in an active growth and scaling phase. We also develop additional directions where both on‐page and off‐page optimisation are important, along with improving structure and search visibility. Additionally, we run test projects to validate hypotheses and experiment with SEO approaches. It is a full ecosystem of projects ranging from experimental to actively scaling ones.
