Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include:
Arranging social activities and community access
Providing assistance to clients with their daily living tasks
Personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and assistance with personal hygiene
Domestic assistance and meal preparation
Providing companionship, friendship and emotional support
Documenting services provided, incidents and completing reports as required
Has a valid Police Check (Essential)
Working With Children's Check (Essential)
Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Desirable)
Experience in personal care (Essential)
Experience in dementia care (Desirable)
Willing to travel to Ashmont NSW
