Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include:
* Arranging social activities and community access
* Providing assistance to clients with their daily living tasks
* Personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting and assistance with personal hygiene
* Domestic assistance and meal preparation
* Providing companionship, friendship and emotional support
* Documenting services provided, incidents and completing reports as required
* Has a valid Police Check (Essential)
* Working With Children's Check (Essential)
* Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Desirable)
* Experience in personal care (Essential)
* Experience in dementia care (Desirable)
* Willing to travel to Ashmont NSW
