Warranty Clerk | Mercedes-Benz Brisbane Join the award-winning team at Mercedes-Benz Brisbane and support our high-performing Service Department. We are seeking a motivated, organised, and detail-oriented Warranty Clerk to manage and maintain the dealership’s warranty function, ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements and delivering exceptional internal support to our service operations. As the Warranty Clerk, you will be responsible for managing warranty administration and ensuring claims are processed accurately and efficiently in line with manufacturer guidelines. Key responsibilities include: Processing warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer requirements and timelines Liaising with Mercedes-Benz Australia regarding warranty claims, recoveries, and payments Monitoring expenditure relating to warranty and goodwill claims Conducting warranty compliance audits and ad hoc reporting Preparing weekly and monthly analysis reports to identify trends and potential issues Ensuring high standards of warranty operations, compliance, and accuracy. Supporting the Service Department through effective communication and coordination About You Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow processes and procedures Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Strong administration skills The ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment Excellent relationship-building and communication skills High customer service standards and a team-focused approach Experience or knowledge of warranty and recall processes (highly regarded) Previous Mercedes-Benz or automotive industry experience (preferred but not essential) What’s on Offer Competitive salary commissions superannuation Ongoing training and development opportunities Monday to Friday role – No Weekend Work!
