The Opportunity
Specsavers Rockhampton (launched October 2018 in Stockland Rockhampton), Rockhampton Allenstown (launched December 2021 in Allenstown Square), Gladstone (launched November 2021 in Stockland Gladstone) and Emerald (launched in December 2018 in (The Village at Emerald) are well-established audiology businesses.
These locations present an exciting opportunity to join an established audiology business with an existing Joint Venture Partner, and together in partnership expand the offering of our audiology services to the local community and further grow the businesses.
You'll join a collaborative team of established Optics and Retail Partners, supported by a dedicated retail team who will also assist your audiology customers - creating a seamless experience for everyone who walks through the door.

What We're Looking For:
* Full membership (or eligibility) with Audiology Australia or ACAud
* Strong administration and diary management skills
* Minimum two years of clinical experience post-QP
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to lead and collaborate to achieve business outcomes
* A passion for shaping the future of audiology through clinical excellence, transparent pricing, and value-driven care
