Renal Medicine Clinical Trials Nurse
We are seeking a skilled nurse to join our clinical trials team in the renal medicine unit. As a clinical trials registered nurse, you will play a critical role in coordinating, implementing and overseeing clinical research studies.
You will work closely with principal investigators, research coordinators and renal patients to ensure safe, ethical and high-quality delivery of clinical trial protocols.
This role will see you coordinate and deliver nursing care to participants enrolled in renal clinical trials and perform screening, enrollment, monitoring and follow-up of participants in accordance with study protocols.
* Coordinating clinical research studies to ensure timely completion
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements
* Providing exceptional patient care and support throughout the clinical trial process

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
* Previous experience working with clinical trials or on research projects
* Experience in the use of databases and information technology
* Demonstrated superior written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated effective time management, delegation and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously and willingness to work as part of a team
