We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at our Apartment Hotel in Toowoomba. Experience in this role will be highly regarded. Full training will be provided to those demonstrating the right attitude, regardless of experience. This is a casual position, up to 25 hours per week.

Attributes
* A friendly, approachable demeanor
* Hotel front office experience preferred
* Ability to assist with reservations from initial contact through check-out
* Knowledge of RMS or similar systems is advantageous but not essential
* Understanding of hotel or serviced apartment procedures is desirable
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Professional communication skills, especially over the phone
* Computer skills in Word and Excel preferred
* Patience, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines
* Attention to detail, professional presentation, and organisational skills
* Previous experience is a plus
* Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
