The Role:
This is a hybrid role that includes counter sales and service.
* You will take customer orders and payments in person or over the phone where required.
* You will build relationships with customers and provide advice on products.
* You will record chemicals as per company procedures.
* You will be responsible for stock control and receiving of goods.
* You will assist with stock distribution, storing, and preparing for dispatching.
* You will perform general store duties as required.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
* Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
* A positive attitude with great communication skills and a willingness to learn.
* A current and valid Forklift ticket.
* Prior experience in a similar role or industry.
* A commitment to workplace health and safety.
* The ability to work unsupervised.
