**Position Overview**:
As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our employee experience, managing HR programs, and implementing best practices. Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, scheduling, co-ordination of flights and accommodation and HR policy administration.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and conduct effective recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Running a streamline onboarding process.
- Co-ordination of accommodation, flights, scheduling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports on key HR indicators.
- Stay current with HR trends and best practices, making recommendations for process improvements and policy updates.
- Monthly travel within WA will be required.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
