What You'll Do
* Calibrate, document, and maintain the Risk-Based Capital model for the Australian insurance entity and consolidated group
* Analyse premium, claims, and financial data to produce accurate model inputs and actionable insights
* Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate results to management and the board
* Enhance and develop the model to meet regulatory and business requirements
* Support capital allocation, pricing, reinsurance strategies, and investment analysis
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field
* Progress toward or completion of Fellowship with the Actuaries Institute (or equivalent)
* Experience in actuarial roles within insurance, preferably general insurance
* Strong analytical and statistical skills with proficiency in Excel and VBA; Python or SAS experience preferred
* Familiarity with Dynamic Financial Analysis tools (e.g., Igloo) and stochastic modelling highly desirable
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment
