Position: Aftermarket Consultant

After successfully operating for the past 12 months, we have recently moved into our brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership in Pakenham. With our continued growth and increasing vehicle sales, we are now seeking a motivated and customer-focused Aftermarket Consultant to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
As an Aftermarket Consultant, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and driving dealership profitability through the sale of aftermarket products. You will work closely with our sales team and customers to present tailored protection and accessory solutions that add value and peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities:
* Present and sell aftermarket products including extended warranties, paint protection, tint, interior protection, dash cams, and accessories
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover process
* Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately
* Achieve and exceed monthly performance targets
About You:
* Previous experience in automotive aftermarket, finance & insurance (F&I), or vehicle sales preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Results-driven with a customer-first mindset
* High level of professionalism and presentation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
