Job Description
We will have multiple roles available across the following departments:
- Front Office – Reservations, Concierge, VIP (Butlers)
- Food & Beverage – Restaurant, Pool and Bar
- Chefs & Stewards
- Housekeeping
Opportunities are available on a full-time, part-time, or casual basis. Hourly rates and salaries according to HIGA rates. Penalties apply on weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
Our future Ambassadors will have:
- Passion for hospitality and delivering luxury guest experiences that leave everyone coming back for more
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Got a second language up your sleeve? That’s a major bonus!
- Eligibility to work in Australia (citizenship, residency, or valid working visa)
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
- Professional presentation and a positive, energetic, team-oriented attitude
