They provide a touch point for our owners throughout their journey as a Dyson owner, delivering an exceptional experience along with education for owners to achieve the best possible outcome each time they use a Dyson machine.We're opening a unique Dyson Demo Zone in Chadstone Shopping Centre which will increase awareness of Dyson technology and educate shoppers through expert advice, product demonstrations and styling bars.This is a fixed term contract.
The Demo Zone will operate for 18 months and will cover the Shopping Centres' trading hours.
About the Role This role will be our first Store Manager role leading a team in a completely unique experience.
As Store Manager, you will build, train and lead a team of service-oriented, passionate and ambitious Dyson Experts to deliver outstanding owner experiences - fascinating customers through presentation and demonstration of our machines while also delivering world-class service and support for our current owners.Behind the scenes, the Store Manager will oversee operations including inventory and visual merchandising.Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-Lead, inspire and challenge a team to deliver an optimal owner experience - focusing on strengthening experience, education and cultivating a community of Dyson ownersLead by example and support your team to deliver an environment that heroes our machines, delivering best in class demonstrations and experiencesDeliver a sustainable retail platform that is efficient, ever evolving and that exceeds our customer's expectations, whilstbalancing this with a safe, compliant and cost controlled cultureTaking personal responsibility for achieving individual and store-based KPIs, including daily, weekly and monthly sales, customer service and store profitability targetsLaunch new products and servicesContinuously build product knowledge and keep updated of any product developments, while supporting the store team to do the sameGift WrappingComplete any tasks that are related to the running and operation of the Store, including cleaning and tidying of communal areas About You To be successful in this role, you will understand in-store operations, managing work schedules, stock management, compliance, health and safety, security and all day-to-day requirements of running a store.
You will have a track record for creating innovative solutions that solve problems and/or challenge convention.
