Production Operator – Dalby QLD
Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking a Production Operator to join our team in Dalby, working within a busy mill production environment.
This role offers an immediate start, consistent hours, and the chance to become a team member with a respected local manufacturer.
About the Role
As a Production Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping the mill running smoothly and efficiently.
Your day will include:
Operating and monitoring production and milling equipment
Preparing and loading raw materials for production
Conducting regular quality checks and recording production data
Assisting with product sampling, packing, and dispatch
Performing general cleaning and maintenance of machinery and work areas
Following safety and operating procedures to maintain a safe workplace
What We're Looking For
Experience in production, manufacturing, agriculture, or mill operations (preferred but not essential)
A current Forklift Licence (desired)
Strong attention to detail and focus on safety
Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment
Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
