We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead our store operations, providing excellent customer service while ensuring seamless trading.
As a key representative of our brand, you will embody our values and demonstrate a proactive approach to work, actively seeking knowledge and experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing daily store operations, including customer service, to ensure efficient trading.
* Overseeing inventory control, including receiving and merchandising.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
* Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and visual standards across all store areas.
* Monitoring sales, assisting in achieving performance targets, and implementing promotional activities.
* Providing leadership support during the absence of the Store Manager.
This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary + super + penalty rates.
