About this key role:
This leadership position oversees the daily operations of home-based care services in the Wimmera Catchment area, ensuring seamless execution.
You will empower individuals and their carers to receive high-quality support tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
Additionally, you will manage services, provide guidance and supervision to a team of engaged Case Managers, and collaborate with other service providers to foster strong partnerships.
