Wall & Floor Tiling Apprenticeship opportunity
Are you seeking or currently undertaking a Tiling Apprenticeship?
We are looking for you if you have high attention to detail, a passion for building, and want to create high quality living experiences within our architecturally designed modular buildings.
Reporting to an experienced Tiler, you'll learn from one of the best and gain experience in waterproofing wet areas, cutting and installing tiles, grouting and silicone finishing.
Working alongside carpenters, electricians, plumbers and boilermakers, you'll gain exposure to the full building process in our factory and build relationships across our team as a valued team member.
With a full time opportunity based in Arundel, this is a great prospect to achieve your qualifications and continue to grow your career with work-life balance that comes from set hours and one job location.
What you'll be doing
Application of waterproof coating
Cutting and installation of tiles, including the minimisation of waste
Grouting
Silicone finishing
Assisting supervisors with on-time work completion to the production schedule
Learn to assess the quality of materials
Operate tools, machines, and other equipment safely to produce high quality finishes
Learn and follow industry standards, codes of practice, and health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
Punctual, reliable and eager to learn
Hold or willing to obtain WHS white card
Physically fit
Commitment to achieving your Cert III in Wall and Floor Tiling qualification
