Hennessy Real Estate is growing in Moree, and we're looking for a Property Management Trainee to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, people-focused, and keen to build a long-term career in real estate. You'll be supported by experienced property managers and trained across all aspects of residential property management – from customer service and administration through to leasing and portfolio support.

No prior real estate experience is required – just the right attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.


What the role involves


As a Property Management Trainee, you will assist our Property Management team with day-to-day operations, including:

* Being a friendly first point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors
* Answering phones, managing enquiries and providing high-quality customer service
* Supporting the Property Management team with administration and documentation
* Assisting with leasing processes, vacates and renewals
* Maintaining property listings, rental lists and databases
* Processing invoices and assisting with trust account administration
* Preparing letters, reports and general correspondence
* Attending training sessions and team meetings
* Learning industry legislation, systems and best-practice procedures

This is a hands-on role where you'll learn by doing, with guidance and mentoring every step of the way.


About you

* Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

Previous administration, reception or customer service experience is helpful but not essential.
