About the Role
We are seeking experienced Mental Health Nurses to provide high-quality care across inpatient and community settings in the Far West of NSW. You'll support individuals with acute and chronic mental health conditions, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care. Your role will involve:
* Conducting assessments and care planning
* Supporting crisis intervention and de-escalation
* Providing therapeutic support
* Working closely with allied health professionals and local communities
Requirements
* UK or Irish citizenship (eligible for Working Holiday Visa)
* Valid AHPRA registration
* Full driver's licence
* 2–3 years' experience as a Mental Health Nurse (acute, community, or crisis settings)
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Adventurous, flexible, and ready to relocate
