We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our Allied Health team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with Administration and/or Secretarial qualifications and knowledge of Medical Terminology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism
* Manage incoming phone inquiries and emails
* Coordinate appointments and meetings
* Prepare and distribute reports
* Assist with billing and invoicing
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Administration and/or Secretarial qualifications
* Knowledge of Medical Terminology
* Strong customer service skills
* Collaborative and adaptable
* Computer literate with high proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
