RTO IT & Online Learning Systems Support Coordinator
Role Summary:
The RTO IT and online learning systems support coordinator will oversee the management of training resources, provide IT support to staff and students, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and maintain online learning resources and systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain a comprehensive library of training resources, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all stakeholders.
2. Provide timely and effective technical assistance to staff and students, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
3. Collaborate with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to guarantee compliance with relevant laws, standards, and organizational policies.
4. Maintain, update, and enhance online learning platforms, systems, and resources, fostering an engaging and interactive learning environment.
