**The Role**:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry into the CRM
- Collating confidential documents/files and uploading to CRM
- Calendar management
- Working along side the Sales Team & Finance Team
- Managing Appointments and creating ZOOM links for these
- Answering reception calls
- Maintaining accurate documentation and liaise with internal departments as required
- General administration duties as required
**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in:
- Outlook
- ZOOM and/or Teams
- Reception & Administration skills
- Document Management
- Strong organisation & time management skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Positive and proactive approach to your work
- Ability to manage your workflow to keep on top of job files
