Overview
The Ecommerce Specialist supports the online sales operations, focusing on Adobe Commerce (Magento) environments. The candidate helps manage product data, promotions, UX improvements, and integrations to deliver an exceptional digital shopping experience.
Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise the Adobe Commerce / Magento platform.
* Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to ensure online product launches, promotions, and content updates run smoothly.
* Analyse site performance metrics and customer behaviour to suggest improvements.
* Maintain product catalogues, images, pricing, and attributes across multiple categories.
* Implement SEO and UX enhancements to improve conversion rates.
* Coordinate with third-party developers and vendors for system maintenance or upgrades.
Skills
* 2+ years recent experience with Adobe Commerce / Magento platform.
* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
* Strong understanding of eCommerce operations and merchandising principles.
* Experience integrating Magento with ERP or POS systems (desirable).
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
