About the role We have an opportunity for a General Administrative Support Officer to be part of our Port Stephens Hunter Police District.
The General Administrative Support Officer provides the delivery of efficient and effective general administration, clerical support, and receptionist services with a focus on quality services to commands/business units.The General Administrative Support Officer (GASO) role provides support to front line Police at both Maitland and Raymond Terrace Police Stations.The ideal applicant will have the requisite communication skills to respond to telephone and front counter enquiries, working in a team environment, and they will be able to manage a high work volume with limited supervision.The essential requirements and key accountabilities are described in the role description (refer to the Role Description).
