We’re adding to our leadership team and looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our Australian Civil sales team and drive commercial excellence across Bridges, Maritime, and Rail products. What You’ll Do
* Drive and inspire: manage and mentor a team of three Sales Engineers/BDMs across Australia.
* Drive growth: expand into new regions and verticals, ensuring strong pipelines and market activity.
* Strategic leadership: develop and execute a sales roadmap aligned with our 3/5/10‑year vision.
* Commercial excellence: monitor quotas, optimize processes, and report projected cash flows to the GM.
* Data‑driven management: consolidate reporting and maintain dashboards to keep the team on track.
