Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2)
Minimum 12 months' post-registration Residential Aged Care experience, including medication endorsement
Strong clinical knowledge and aged care experience
Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
Confidence using smartphones, tablets, and digital systems
Ability to work across a rotating roster
Two recent managerial or supervisory referees
Current Australian driver's licence and access to a registered and insured vehicle
