About the role
This is an excellent opportunity to join the leadership team of Perfect Medical Care as an Experienced Practice Manager. In this full-time role based in Woy Woy, NSW, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy medical practice, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care.
What you'll be doing
* Supervise and manage the administrative staff, including rostering, training and performance management
* Oversee the efficient running of the practice, including patient bookings, medical records, stock management and equipment maintenance
* Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards
* Analyse practice data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic initiatives
* Liaise with medical practitioners, allied health professionals and external stakeholders to coordinate patient care
* Manage the practice's financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing and payroll
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes staff well-being and patient satisfaction
What we're looking for
* Experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar healthcare management role
* Excellent organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on continuous improvement
* Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations, policies and procedures
* Proficient in using practice management software and data analysis tools
