About the Role

You will support patients presenting with cognitive impairments such as dementia and delirium, as well as individuals living with disability, including those supported through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
This role will be supported with additional training, supervision and mentoring for applicants developing specialised skills in aged care and/or disability.
Collaborating with colleagues and the broader multidisciplinary team, you will optimise patient functional outcomes and overall health status.
