**What we are looking for**:
- Demonstrated proficiency in a range of property maintenance activities, such as minor painting and decorating repairs and upgrade to sustain Campus compliance.
- Completing operational and administrative tasks correctly and on time. Including the use of powered and non-powered hand tools.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills to liaise with FSS staff and contractors.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Balances team and individual responsibilities by exhibiting objectivity and openness to others' views.
- Knowledge of or ability to follow policies and procedures, with a focus on workplace health and safety.
