Caledonia Group are searching for a motivated Full-Time Administrator to join our Gnangara office!

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and fast-paced team, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our local office.

The Administration Officer is the first point of contact for clients and staff when they visit or call our business. The role is a blend of reception duties, data entry and provides administrative support to the Recruitment & Mobilisation and Management teams.

About the Role

* Reception duties including answering phones and greeting visitors
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records into various cloud based software programs and excel spreadsheets
* Receiving and sending mail and courier parcels
* Stationery ordering and other general office duties including filing
* Assisting with travel bookings and timesheet management
* General office duties and team support as required
* Manage and coordinate traineeship and apprenticeship programs, including program administration and course bookings
* Supporting recruitment and mobilisation activities and handling queries relating to mobilisation, where required
* Claiming incentive payments using MyID

About you

* Professional phone manner and excellent written communication skills
* Previous administration experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Able to work efficiently and prioritise work
* Confident using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
