Overview
We're hiring Full-Time Qualified Retail Butchers who take pride in quality meat and exceptional customer service. This is a Full-Time opportunity with a well-known name in organic, regenerative meat retail and it's backed by a strong team culture and ethical values.
Requires
* Experience working as a qualified butcher (Certificate III in Meat Processing – Retail Butcher)
* A passion for top-notch customer service
Salary guide: $75,000 - $85,000 Depending on experience
Location: Northern Suburbs Melbourne VIC - Mon-Friday with no weekend work.
Your normal day will involve
* Prepping and portioning premium organic cuts with precision
* Receiving stock from the central hub and managing it efficiently
* Setting up and packing down your station each day
* Serving customers and guiding them through product selections
* Keeping things clean and up to food safety standards
* Creating eye-catching displays that draw customers in.

You will need
* 3+ years\' hands-on experience in a retail butcher setting
* Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher)

* Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
* At minimum, a Permanent Resident visa
