Branch All‐Rounder – Singleton
Permanent Full‐Time role | Mon‐Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver consistent, high‐quality service to customers.
* Assist customers via trade counter, email and phone enquiries, and follow up with quotes, pricing and product information.
* Accurately enter cash sales, invoices, purchase orders, transfers and picking slips into the computer system.
* Assist the workshop team in manufacturing hose assemblies during peak periods.
* Pick and pack orders, including courier and transport documentation.
* Ensure adequate stock levels and advise the purchasing department of requirements.
* Arrange credits for incorrect pricing and returned goods at point of sale; identify reason for credit and rectify future errors.
* Assist with periodic stock checks.
Hands‐on role requiring physical manual handling for preparing customer orders, receipting and arranging storage of goods.
Qualifications & Experience
* Exceptional customer service focus and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in industrial hose, hydraulics or a similar industrial background (desirable).
* At least 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service, warehousing or a related industry.
* High attention to detail and solid organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Able to lift heavy, bulky items and handle stock, picking and packing.
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Good computer skills – proficiency in Outlook, Excel etc.
* Current driver's licence.
Must be an Australian citizen or holder of an Australian Permanent Residency visa.
