It's not every day that you find a sales role with the opportunity to manage 50-75 warm inbound leads per week, at an average conversion rate of 35 percent That's a lot of sales every week, so we need the best phone salesperson we can find
What You'll Do
Communicate with potential clients across phone and email
Prepare competitive quotes and proposals
Assess client needs and tailor effective solutions
Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and partners
Where required attend field days and travel to dealer sites to support with merchandising and inventory management
Negotiate and close sales with customer satisfaction at the core
Expand business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and customer interactions
Skills and Experiences:
Successful applicant requirements:
Highly motivated individual with a passion for sales
Previous experience in an internal sales role (phone)
Previous experience using CRMs and sales tools
Demonstrated experience working towards KPIs / Targets
An engaging personality across all communication channels (video, phone, and email)
Great communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels
Proven ability to build and maintain rapport with internal and external customers
Demonstrated experience using sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities
Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience
A fun, energetic and hardworking approach
Account management experience (desired)
