 * Key Responsibilities:
 * Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
 * Drive innovation and reflective practice, ensuring every child's unique pace and curiosity are nurtured.
 * Work closely with the centre leadership team to implement centre-wide initiatives and policies.
 * Contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum plans that meet the needs of all children.
 * Mentor and support educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
 * A Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
 * A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role.
 * Demonstrated expertise in early childhood education and care, including curriculum planning and implementation.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
