Bing your energy to Aggreko as Admin & Support Co-ordinator based in Brisbane.
You'll manage the day-to-day administration function and provide support to IPP Project Delivery team. Comply with company quality, safety and environmental procedures & guidelines.
Aggreko is delivering some of the world's largest off‐grid hybrid power systems—integrating renewables, storage, and flexible generation to redefine reliable, lower‐carbon energy for the mining sector.
What you'll do as Admin & Support Co-ordinator
- Provide general administration assistance to the project team, including but not limited to: travel concur, procurement, logistics, regulatory reporting, site initiatives and awards.
- Reporting – assist the project teams reporting.
- Meetings – coordinate and provide actions for meetings.
- Training – maintain training register of the project team that is kept current.
- Inductions – coordinate the process for site inductions with the site team.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement within the project team.
- Complete ad hoc tasks as required by Project Manager.
You are
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and site teams to support project delivery.
- Proven ability to interface with Project Controls, HSE, Workforce Planning, and Engineering Leads.
- Strong focus on supporting safe, efficient, and on‐schedule project execution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels.
- Proactive, with strong initiative and a high level of energy and self‐motivation.
- Strong team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
