We are seeking a mature and experienced Duty Manager for the Kingscliff Beach Hotel.
The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Valid NSW licenses - RSA & RCG
* Experience in an on-premise and retail environment
* Strong staff management and supervisory skills
* A great understanding of customer service and its importance in guest experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* TAB and Keno experience
* Cash handling skills
