Work Environment: Primarily office-based with travel to customer sites (up to 30% within the Brisbane metropolitan area)

Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1 / 2 IT support via phone and email
* Assist with scoping and quoting solutions for clients
* Support customer onboarding and implementation processes
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues across a range of technologies
* Travel to customer sites for onsite support and installations
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 1–2 years experience in a support desk or helpdesk role
* Microsoft 365 Certification (MS-900 minimum)
* Diploma or Certificate III/IV in Information Technology or equivalent experience
* Experience with:
*
o Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration
o Active Directory, DNS, email migration tools
o Microsoft Teams Voice and 3CX
o Backup software solutions
o RMM platforms and ticketing systems
o Basic hardware repairs and troubleshooting
o Basic network administration including DHCP, VLAN configuration, and router/switch management
o macOS support and troubleshooting
o Strong communication and problem-solving skills
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team
o Valid driver's license and reliable transport
o Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa
o Experience with Microsoft Azure
o Additional Microsoft certifications
o Exposure to other business software platforms
o Previous experience in a customer-facing IT support role
