No two humans are the same, so we don't use a one-size-fits-all approach. Our Guidians work face-to-face or via Telehealth to focus on each individual's goals and needs.
What Do Our Guidians Do?
Our Guidians support patients and clients in achieving their goals, whether they live in residential aged care, at home, or in the community.
We have a diverse team of Physios, OTs, Podiatrists, Speechies, Dietitians, and EPs who work together to provide exceptional care.
With healthy competition and fun activities, our cross-site competitions and R.I.S.E awards encourage our staff to innovate and engage with each other.

* Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy or APA recognised equivalent
* Full AHPRA General Registration - New Graduates welcome to apply
* Current National Police Check
* Current valid drivers licence and own vehicle
* NDIS Workers Screening & Orientation
* Be fully vaxxed - COVID-19 & Flu
* Be a good human - Friendly demeanour
* Love what you do - A demonstrated commitment and passion for promoting the quality of life of the elderly
* Make what you do count - Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills

* Sponsorship is only available for this role if you are already working as a Physiotherapist in Australia and need your sponsorship transferred.
