We're a well-established Brisbane-based MSP with 20+ years delivering end-to-end IT and cybersecurity services to SMEs across South-East Queensland. We're a small, tight-knit team — which means you'll work across a wide range of environments, take real ownership of client outcomes, and never be pigeonholed into a single function.
What you'll be doing
* Microsoft Server administration, maintenance and troubleshooting
* Microsoft 365 administration and cloud migrations
* OneDrive and SharePoint setup and support
* Cybersecurity support and incident response
* Network design, implementation and troubleshooting
* Desktop support and break-fix analysis
* Engaging directly with clients onsite across Brisbane
What we're looking for
* 5+ years of hands-on IT industry experience
* Strong Windows Server, Microsoft 365, OneDrive and SharePoint skills
* Solid cybersecurity knowledge (practical, not just theoretical)
* Experience with cloud email migrations
* Excellent communication skills — you'll be the face of our business with clients
* A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously
* Valid Australian driver's licence (Brisbane residents only)
