Pharmacist (Level P1)
Position No: Pool Ref | Location: Fremantle Hospital, Western Australia | Salary: $88,411 - $119,660 per annum pro rata.
Employment type: Permanent Full Time / Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time / Part Time appointments with possibility of extensions and/or permanency.
About Fremantle Hospital
Fremantle Hospital is a 300‑bed specialist hospital focused on providing high‑quality aged care, mental health, secondary rehabilitation, planned surgeries and medical services. The hospital delivers quality, safe and effective health services within a catchment area of more than 3,300 square kilometres across the southern half of Perth.
Responsibilities
* Dispense, patient counselling, manufacturing, providing drug information and supervision of support staff.
* Facilitate and promote patient safety and quality of care.
* Practice as a Pharmacist in accordance with Pharmacy Board of Australia Registration Standards and Codes.
Qualifications & Experience
Valid registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
