Key Requirements for Swim Teachers:
Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude!
Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
Current CPR
Key Skills:
High-level interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both children and their parents.
Decision-making skills, including the ability to consult and gather information, consider alternatives, and communicate decisions.
Bubbly and outgoing nature with a focus on customer experience.
