**This role will be based in our Glen Waverley Support office 3 days per week.**

Ideally, you're a crafty creative excited to take the reins of our freshly re-imagined TOV so our words can shine. You'll see your work on TV, hear it on the radio and flick past it in magazines — so if you want to experience the fruits of your labour come to life, this role is for you.

- You're a born communicator who loves to collaborate with other creative minds
**You should also have**
- 3+ years in marketing/digital in FMCG or retail
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Business, Marketing or Communications)
- Strong adaptability and attention to detail
- Ability to be nimble, manage change quickly, multi-task and prioritise
- Ability to align multiple brand and category strategies and ideas
- Strong analytical thinking with a focus on marketing effectiveness
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google docs, web and social platforms
- A love for contributing to a team environment
- A genuine, honest and trustworthy personality
**What you'll be writing**
We're looking for someone who understands the nuances of writing for a myriad of channels including digital media, web, print, in-store customer-facing, radio, tv, internal comms and customer service.
- Create concise, eye-catching and innovative copy
- Work with advertising and web agencies, ensuring campaign copy is completed efficiently within (sometimes tight) deadlines
- Write for a wide variety of communications — web, blogs, articles, social updates, social campaign posts, banners, in-store POS and campaign copy
- Ensure Godfreys retail and Godfreys Commercial communications are consistent with corporate direction and guidelines
- Research markets and categories to compare and create content that is original
