Join Corrs Chambers Westgarth as an Associate - Real Estate in Perth. Our Perth team is growing and we have opportunities at the associate level.
Responsibilities
* experience in or the desire to work on the tenure aspects of infrastructure and renewables projects in Western Australia and the Northern Territory
* experience in or the desire to work for clients on mixed-use, residential, commercial and industrial property development and redevelopment, joint ventures, capital transactions and acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial, pastoral, agricultural and tourism assets.
* an understanding of all types of land tenure
* experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalising documents and completing transactions of all types and sizes
* experience with commercial sales, purchases, leases, easements, options and licence agreements (among others)
* experience conducting property due diligence
