The Role
You'll work across new homes and renovations, taking projects from early concept through to full construction documentation.
This is not a siloed drafting role. You'll be trusted with real responsibility, including:
* design development and problem-solving
* Revit documentation and detailing
* client communication (in-office and onsite)
* collaborating closely with builders, consultants, and our internal team
You'll have support when you need it - but also the space to work independently and confidently.
And yes - every second Friday off. Because balance actually matters here.

Who This Role Is Perfect For
You:
* Have 2+ years residential drafting/design experience
* Are confident in Revit (not learning from scratch)
* Enjoy detail, accuracy, and clean documentation
* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
* Are organised, reliable, and comfortable managing your own workflow
* Bring a calm, positive attitude to a small team environment
Formal qualifications aren't essential - competence, initiative, and attitude matter more.
