We are seeking Greenmil Operators to join a well-established timber operation in Mount Gambier. This hands-on role involves safely operating machinery and supporting production processes to deliver high-quality timber products in a safety-focused environment.
Monday to Thursday:
• Day Shift: 6:00am – 4:10pm
• Afternoon Shift: 4:30pm – 2:40am
About the Role
As a Greenmill Operator, you will play a key role in safely and efficiently operating Greenmill machine centres, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products in line with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and legislative requirements
• Promote a safe work environment through participation in health and safety programs
• Maintain high standards of quality and operational excellence
• Assist with problem-solving, housekeeping, and supporting production and maintenance teams
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs
• Contribute to team communications and demonstrate leadership by example
