Disability Services Manager
We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Disability Services Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our disability services, ensuring that all staff are working within their scope of practice and adhering to our quality standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to clients with disabilities.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Mentor and supervise support workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Conduct regular audits to monitor the quality of our services.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to improve our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Comprehensive understanding of community networks and relevant legislation.
* Experience in managing teams and developing policies and procedures.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
