Responsibilities Include
Leading the Clinic Team alongside the Lead Vet and Head Nurse, fostering a culture of accountability, empathy, and openness.
Managing clinical scheduling for efficiency.
Recruiting in collaboration with the Lead Vet, Regional Manager, Head Nurse, and recruitment team.
Creating fair rosters, managing timesheets, and responding to business needs and budgets.
Making balanced decisions considering clinical and commercial outcomes.
Managing inventory, cash, and stock processes.
Maintaining high standards of veterinary and nursing care, promoting preventative healthcare.
Ensuring a safe, psychologically and physically, working environment.
Driving a customer-focused culture with excellent service standards.
Communicating effectively with clients, vets, and team members regarding inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
