Job Title: Marketing Executive
This role requires an individual with exceptional marketing skills to develop and execute innovative strategies that drive outstanding centre performance.

* Marketing Plan Development: Provide input for the centre's Marketing Plan, focusing on retail energy, local priorities, and key programs to ensure alignment with the Customer Experience Strategic Focus and Strategic Asset Plans.
* Event Coordination: Plan and execute engaging events that enhance the customer experience, drive foot traffic, and support retail performance, ensuring all events are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget.
* Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing the annual Marketing income and expense budget. This includes sourcing quotes, creating purchase orders, generating accruals, processing invoices, and supporting reforecasting activities.
* Agency & Supplier Coordination: Work effectively with agencies and external suppliers to deliver high-quality creative assets, event services, and marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
* Customer Insights: Understand customer needs by leveraging insights analysis, listening tools, and data research to inform marketing strategies and event planning.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at Westfield Penrith. You will work closely with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies, coordinate events, and manage communications, all while supporting the success of the broader Customer Experience Team.
