This is a Property Management role built for balance and support. With a dedicated leasing consultant, an accounts department, and additional inspection support, you’ll have the freedom to focus on the core of property management – building strong relationships and delivering excellent service.

- Monday to Friday only – no weekend work
- No leasing or accounts – specialists handle it for you
- Shared portfolio with a junior PM providing extra support
- Outgoings and periodics being outsourced for efficiency
- Commissions available for new business
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing relationships with owners and tenants
- Handling arrears, lease renewals, notices and compliance
- Attending onsite meetings when required
- Issuing breach notices when necessary
- Providing clear, professional communication at all times
What we’re looking for:
- Experienced Property Manager with robust organisational skills
- Certificate of Registration (COR) and driver’s licence
- Familiarity with Property Tree preferred
- Confident communicator who enjoys working within a supportive team
